Nous nous sommes inscrits à une dégustation de gin. L'accueil était chaleureux. La personne qui nous accompagnés était parfaitement compétente si bien que nous avons pu discuter les qualités de chaque échantillon. C'était vraiment sympathique. Je recommande la visite.

Après-midi passionnante à la Gin School: accueil agréable, la formatrice a été disponible pour apporte à chacun ses conseils avisés en fonction de nos préférences lors de la dégustation initiale. Elle a vérifié la pertinence des choix de chacun et la qualité du broyage… Toutes les étapes de la distillation ont été contrôlées. La dégustation expliquée des 3 fractions de distillats était très interessante! Enfin nous avons pu déguster un gin tonic avec notre propre gin (et repartit avec notre flacon ’personnalisé) J’y reviens en 2024, c’est certain!!! Merci à l’ensemble du personnel 😊

Nous sommes entrés par hasard un dimanche soir tranquille et, après avoir jeté un coup d'œil à la grande distillerie au rez-de-chaussée, nous sommes montés au premier étage. À notre grande surprise, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Eileen, la responsable du service. Elle nous a fait déguster le gin primé et nous a brièvement expliqué sa fabrication. Nous avons appris qu'il s'agissait de la seule distillerie de gin d'Asie du Sud-Est ! Le gin que nous avons dégusté venait de remporter le prix du MEILLEUR GIN lors d'un concours international en novembre 2025 ! Ce fut une expérience incroyable. Il faut absolument goûter le Pearl Jasmine Gin, mon préféré ❤️
