The VW service is great, the driver is friendly, there are lots of photographers, the food and drinks are delicious, the guide has lots of stories, there are lots of snack souvenirs at cheap prices, there is historical education. The best time is in the morning before 9 or in the afternoon after 5 so it doesn't burn... overall, it's really good. Good luck!
