I have a broad knowledge of the country's many and varied wonderful dishes. I started cooking when I was little with my parents, and I've worked in restaurants and villas in Tuscany. Eatwith is the world's largest community for culinary experiences with locals. Savor local food and enjoy dinner parties, cooking classes and more in beautiful homes and exclusive venues. STARTER Fried panzerotti stuffed with tomatoes, salame piccante and cheese. PIZZA The basic ingredients of la pizza napoletana are as follows: tender wheat organic flour (which renders the dough soft and sweet!), organic peeled Roma tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil and mozzarella di bufala D.O.P… The dough has to be soft and the ingredients very fresh.
