Fort Sumter National Monument is one of the well-known places in the United States of America. The fort was bombed by the south for several days, and the north finally left the fort. This is the birthplace of the American Civil War. This is a small island at the entrance to Charleston Harbor and it has a lot of cannons that you can see. There is also a cinema where you can watch movies. You can also explore museums about forts and wars.
