Each visitor can purchase one admission ticket per day using their ID card
You can book admission tickets and train tickets within 14 days.
Pets are not allowed in the attraction.
On the day of the visit, if visitors are unable to verify their identity due to lost, damaged, or other issues with their ID card, they must go to the attraction's service window with their ID and other valid documents to obtain a paper ticket for entry.

Attraction opening hours: The attraction is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with admission hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The attraction requires real-name registration for bookings
Cancellation (no service fee charged):
Visitors who booked with second-generation ID cards can directly swipe their IDs at the entrance gates for admission
If physical tickets have been picked up, cancellation can only be processed at the attraction's ticket window; online cancellation will not be accepted.

Special Note: Active-duty military personnel, visitors with disabilities, religious personnel, teenagers, and college students must present their concessionary IDs at the counter for verification and activation before entering the attraction.
Visitors with military ID or temporary ID, and children without ID must have the ticket collector present a valid ID at the attraction's service window to receive a paper ticket with a QR code for entry.
Latest booking time: Before 1:00 PM on the day of use;
During cableway maintenance on the 15th–16th and 27th–30th of each month, ticket sales and admission hours end at 2:00 PM.
Once any visitor in the booking has been verified, all visitors in the booking cannot cancel
