You book a date rather than a departure time, and you exchange your voucher for a paper ticket at the wharf on arrival.

Ticket collection and boarding are at Shiliupu Tourist Wharf Area 2, No. 551 Zhongshan East 2nd Road. By metro, take Line 10 or Line 14 to Yuyuan Station, leave via Exit 7 and walk about 1 km to the wharf. The route order and landmarks passed can vary with the departure pier.
How to redeem
Your ticket arrives as a PDF voucher. Show the mobile ticket at the Area 2 entrance, No. 551 Zhongshan East 2nd Road, to exchange it for a paper ticket, then board with the paper ticket.

- Tickets must be collected in person on site - they cannot be used straight from your phone at the gangway.
- Allow time to queue: for an 18:30 sailing the supplier advises collecting tickets by 17:50 at the latest.
- Ticket checks begin 15 minutes before departure.
