What to expect

Zhishan Forest Resort is in the form of a natural sliding assembly line, in a traditional European style. The ski resort faces due north, which has the advantage of ensuring good snow quality. New snow removal equipment and management systems have also been introduced here, which have enough snow storage to cope with the unsatisfactory weather in the area near Seoul. After starting these devices Also maintains good snow quality. This is also a ski resort in the suburbs of Seoul that has already opened its slopes to ski lovers. In the future, there are plans to expand the site to provide dedicated ramps for children, beginners and guests from Southeast Asia.

This is my second visit to Jisan Ski Resort, and I had a great time! Even if you don't know how to ski, it's still fun to take photos while dressed in full ski gear. The atmosphere is lively, and there's something for everyone, from beginners to experienced skiers.

Jisan Ski Resort was the perfect spot for my first skiing experience! Located just 45km from Seoul, it’s easy to reach. I booked my trip through Khood and spent about 4 hours enjoying the slopes. The resort wasn’t overly crowded, which made it ideal for beginners like me. There are plenty of ski clothing rental and purchase shops around, so everything you need is conveniently available. Big thumbs up for this place—highly recommend it for a fun and hassle-free ski day! I have not experienced it’s overnight service as my trip is only day trip, but next time I will do.

Its was my first time, as a beginner i uesd the lift only once and i had a bit hard time practicing. So i came down and practiced by going a bit up by walking. If you are not experirnced so please think twice.

We went there for kids ski class. Parking lot is big but full on weekends. We went for morning session so it is easy to park. Food selection is limited and should avoid lunch hour .. we find it difficult to get a seat. Slope, advance and intermediate ski lift line is short but for the beginner, the line is super long.. like more than 40 mins waiting time even we went early.

First time skiing. I’d say it’s quite fun an experience. The staff at the ski lift and moving walk are very friendly. Booked this as a tour and had an hour of basic lesson before skiing on my own. Quite a few food options available, but don’t expect too much. It’s a ski resort afterall. Access was easy - collect Ski Clothes > changed into them > collect boots then ski equipment > step out and you’re at the base of the ski slopes already. No need to lug the equipment around. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
