Your ticket provides a 3-hour visit to The Elf Court's daytime activities. You can also return later the same day to see the Park Side illuminated for its evening programme. The park closes for 1-4 hours between sessions; unless visiting between 17 December and 9 January, you will need to arrange to leave and return.

This ticket is valid for a single day and includes a 3-hour experience at The Elf Court, with no specific start time required. Some activities have age or height restrictions: the snowball slingshot and Knockerballs are for ages 7+ (and/or 120-130 cm for Knockerballs), while the ring toss is for ages 3+.
