How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher. Show this voucher at the museum counter, located on the 8th floor of the Osaka Municipal Information Center, to collect your physical ticket for entry.
Important notes
- This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date.
- The museum is closed on Tuesdays and from 28 December to 2 January.
- Large luggage, umbrellas, selfie sticks, food, and drinks are not allowed inside. Lockers are available for a fee.
- The kimono experience, crosstalk, and other activities are currently unavailable.
- Pets (except guide dogs) and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
