From the 5th floor, you'll climb stairs to reach the 8th floor observation pavilion, where you can take in views across Osaka's streets and the surrounding park. After descending, you can visit the Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum to see preserved stone walls from the original construction. The upper floors narrow considerably, so expect tighter spaces during busy periods.
