Outside the workshop tour you move through the collection, boutique and outlet centre and the café at whatever time suits you on the day.

The ticket is valid only on the date you book; there is no timeslot to choose, so you can arrive any time within opening hours of 9 AM to 6 PM daily. Arrive before 3:30 PM to be sure of joining the audio-guided workshop tour. On 31 December and 1 January the factory opens 10 AM to 4 PM. This ticket admits one Adult.
