Booking Confirmation

After completing your booking, you'll receive:

  • Confirmation email — sent immediately to your email address
  • E-ticket/voucher — attached to the confirmation email or available on your booking page
  • Where to Find Your Voucher

  • 1. Check your email for the confirmation (check spam/junk if not in inbox)
  • 2. Log in to your TixLayer account and go to "My Bookings"
  • 3. Click on the booking to view or download your voucher
  • Didn't Receive Your Confirmation?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Contact us at support@tixlayer.com with your booking reference
