This experience has clearly exposed serious shortcomings in your on-site process planning and crowd management. Consumers choose to purchase tickets online for one simple reason: to reduce waiting time, save time, and improve efficiency. However, upon arrival, we were still forced to queue on-site to exchange wristbands. This raises a fundamental question — what is the actual value of online ticketing if customers still have to queue as usual? I understand that wristband exchange may be a necessary procedure. However, necessary does not justify such poor execution. Only two counters were open on-site — one for walk-in customers and one for online purchases — yet the processing speed was unacceptably slow, to the point where it was difficult to believe that the situation was being properly managed. The operator may assume that a newly opened amusement park does not attract large crowds, but was there truly no consideration for the following? School holidays Christmas holidays Year-end long holidays These are peak periods by any standard. Was there no anticipation of increased visitor numbers, or a complete underestimation of the impact of online promotions? When marketing efforts are aggressive and widespread, yet the most basic reception and operational flow fails so badly, this can no longer be dismissed as “misjudgment.” It reflects a fundamental failure in management. Consumers do not claim to be “kings,” but every visitor has paid for the service. Please do not waste customers’ time with inefficiency and half-hearted arrangements, nor test their patience with poorly designed systems. Consumers are not demanding special treatment. However, they are entitled to service efficiency and basic respect that correspond to the price they have paid. The current process not only fails to demonstrate the value of your online ticketing system, but also unnecessarily consumes customers’ time and patience. We sincerely hope that your team will acknowledge these issues and implement real improvements in process design and on-site management, rather than shifting inconvenience onto customers who have already completed payment. 此次体验充分暴露了贵方在现场流程规划与人流管理上的严重不足。 消费者之所以选择网上购票, 目的只有一个, 减少排队、节省时间、提高效率。 结果呢?到了现场,照样被迫排队换手带, 那请问网上购票的意义到底在哪里? 我理解换手带可能是必要程序, 但必要不等于可以管理得如此糟糕。 现场只开放两个柜台, 一个 walk-in,一个 online, 动作却慢得离谱, 效率低到让人怀疑是否有人在真正“管理”。 商家或许会认为新游乐场人流不多, 但请问: 学校假期、圣诞节假期、年尾长假, 一连串黄金假期,难道完全没考虑在内? 还是说对网络宣传的影响力毫无概念? 当宣传做得这么大, 却在最基本的接待流程上严重失误, 这已经不是“预估不足”,而是管理无能。 消费者未必是上帝, 但每一个人都是付钱来消费的。 请不要用这种低效率、 敷衍了事的方式来浪费大家的时间, 更不要愚弄消费者的耐心。 消费者未必要求特殊待遇,但至少应获得与所支付费用相符的服务效率与基本尊重。 当前的流程安排不仅未能体现线上系统的价值,也在无形中消耗消费者的时间与耐心。 希望贵方能够正视问题, 从流程设计与现场管理层面作出实质性改善, 而非将不便转嫁给已完成付款的顾客。

特地带孩子们来水上游乐园玩,买票时和我们说不能用现金?怎么了?现金有问题?六十五块钱一个人,五个人进去花了三百多块钱,什么都没有包括,而且还没有关系,我们知道你们这里有餐厅,所以我们也没带食物,只带了一瓶矿泉水,这都不可以,叫我们需要放回车里!而且带着包进去的时候还要像查犯人那样翻看我们的包!怎么了?是逼着顾客一点要在你们这里消费吗?保险箱也要收费三十五块钱!你们的保险柜镶金的吗?游乐设施也不是全部能够玩,其中有几个需要先租买他们的泳圈才能够玩。这不明摆着骗钱吗?员工态度也超级不友好,全部都是外劳员工,问什么都不知道那样,感觉很像听不明白。

网上提早订了,下午2点去到也不给进入,因为里面人太多,让好多人在外等,也不知什么时间可以进,这是什么游乐场,有票进不了!!如果场合装不进那么多人为何不限制票数!有人投诉就叫他们退票或换日期,你以为这地方很近吗。等了一小时也没人交代和道歉
