It is located on the 31st floor of a high-rise building designed by architect Kisho Kurokawa, and offers a stunning view of the Moji Port area. There are floor-to-ceiling glass windows on all sides, and Shimonoseki is on the other side of the strait, which is also very popular among lovers. It is also a good spot to look at the "Fantasy Night" of the brilliant illuminations in Mojiko.

在31楼的观景室，拥有270度的视野。虽然房间不大，但有不少关于港口和航线的多语种介绍，能驻留不少时间。门票300円/1人，值得一去，好像晚上更好看。

＊聳立在門司港邊的門司港レトロ展望室，樓高31層。高度103公尺，是瞭望門司、下關、關門海峽地區的絕佳賞景地點。＊営業時間 :10:00〜21:30 門票:大人300円兒童 150円＊關門海峽名稱的由來，是來自海峽兩邊的下關(本州側、山口縣)、門司(九州側、北九州市)倆者的名稱，而在關門海峽四周，發生了許多非常著名的歷史事件，重要的歷史事件如下: 1185年（元暦2年/寿永4年）3月25日 - 源平戰爭的最後一場戰役-壇ノ浦合戰，平家戰敗，在此全族投海自盡、平清盛的正室-二位尼也帶著才七歲的81代天皇-安徳天皇入水、平家一族滅亡。 1612年（慶長17年）5月13日 - 宮本武蔵和佐佐木小次郎在海峽西側的小島-嚴流島上決闘。 1863年（文久3年）7月16日 - 長州藩對著通過馬關海峡的英國商船砲撃、是導致第二年5月長州藩與歐美各國發生下關戰爭的主因。 1895年（明治28年）4月17日 -甲午戰爭失敗後、清朝總理大臣李鴻章、和日本的伊藤博文在下關的「春帆楼」，簽署了割讓台灣的「馬關條約」。
