- One wheelchair is available for use at the Historium Ticket Office, free of charge
- Pets are not allowed
- Not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia
- Recommended minimum age for the Historium Virtual Reality experience is 11 years old
- Younger visitors (aged 6 minimum) are also allowed if accompanied by an adult
- Open daily between 10:30 and 16:45. The Historium closes 1:15 after the last admission.
