西爪哇北部海岸新建了一座机场。这座机场环境优美，空间宽敞。可惜的是，这座国际机场目前客流量不大，定期起降的商业航班并不多。 该机场地理位置优越，与跨爪哇收费公路直接相连，包括西帕利收费公路和西苏姆达乌收费公路。因此，即使在下午交通高峰期，从万隆市经西苏姆达乌收费公路前往机场也只需约1小时50分钟。 同时，从井里汶市经西帕利收费公路前往克尔塔贾蒂机场，全程约53公里，车程约60分钟。此外，该机场靠近帕蒂姆班国际港口以及爪哇北部海岸沿线的多个油气勘探点。附近的马杰伦卡工业区也正在开发建设中。 该机场也可作为西马雅尤库宁地区以及特加尔、巴尼亚马斯、布米亚尤和布雷贝斯等地居民的备选飞行点。 机场周边配套设施相当完善。除了收费公路外，还有几家不错的星级酒店。此外，机场还设有农畜检疫中心、海关、移民局和机场警察局。 希望这座优秀的机场能够进一步发展，并开通更多往返该机场的定期商业航班。

这是我第一次从这个机场起飞。机场很安静，但也不是特别安静，因为有很多国际航班。机场有一个美食广场，提供价格实惠的印尼早餐。设施还不错，维护得很好。但并没有人们说的那么安静。

机场依然静谧，如同工作日清晨的私人机场一般。出发层位于三楼，到达大厅位于一楼。目前出发航班仍为国内航班。西帕利收费公路贯穿机场，使其成为便捷的交通枢纽。您可以在一楼的餐厅用餐。机场内有一家Roti'O咖啡馆，外面则有Ciganea和CFC餐厅。您可以使用笔记本电脑连接免费公共Wi-Fi。友好的工作人员会热情地迎接您并为您指路，尤其是在早上8点前天色还比较暗，他们尚未正式营业的情况下。一楼的祈祷室宽敞明亮，设有独立的盥洗区，但女盥洗区没有镜子。洗手间也很舒适，配备了按摩淋浴。
