The Exchange Order you receive must be redeemed within 3 months of its issue date. This pass is for adults aged 12 and over; a child pass is required for ages 6–11.

After booking, the supplier will send an electronic Exchange Order (e-MCO) to you in a separate email. You must present this e-MCO, along with your passport, at a designated JR Pass exchange office in Japan to receive your physical rail pass. The TixLayer voucher cannot be used for redemption.
