Receive a physical Exchange Order by courier, which you must swap for your pass in Japan. Once activated, your pass is valid for six consecutive days of travel on designated JR trains, including some Shinkansen services, across the Tohoku and South Hokkaido regions. This pass is only available to non-Japanese passport holders with a Temporary Visitor visa stamp.

實用資訊
The date you select at booking is your intended departure date to Japan, not the pass activation date. Your Exchange Order is valid for 90 days from purchase to be swapped for the actual pass in Japan. Once exchanged, you have 30 days to activate the pass. Children aged 1-5 may travel free if they do not occupy a seat (limit of two per adult pass holder).

After booking, you will receive a physical Exchange Order delivered by courier to your address; this is not your rail pass. In Japan, present this Exchange Order along with your original passport at a designated JR Exchange Office to receive your rail pass. You cannot use a digital voucher or copy for redemption.

- This pass is exclusively for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa stamp.
- The name used for booking must exactly match your passport.
- To receive the 'Temporary Visitor' stamp, you may need to use a manned immigration gate upon arrival in Japan.
- It is recommended to book at least 14 days before your departure to Japan to allow for delivery.
- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
