Your pass provides six straight days of travel on trains across the JR East and South Hokkaido networks. You will be posted a physical Exchange Order, which you must swap for the actual rail pass at an official JR office in Japan within 90 days of issue.

實用資訊
The date you select when booking is for planning your departure, not for activating the pass. Your Exchange Order must be swapped for the physical pass within 90 days of issue, and you then have 30 days to activate it for travel. Child tickets are for ages 4–12. Up to two children aged 1–5 may travel for free with each adult pass holder, provided they do not occupy a seat.

This is not an e-ticket. A physical Exchange Order will be delivered to your address by courier. In Japan, you must present this Exchange Order along with your passport at an official JR Exchange Office to receive your rail pass.
重要須知
- This pass is non-refundable.
- This pass must be purchased before you arrive in Japan.
- This pass is only for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa stamp; do not use automated immigration gates.
- The name and country of residence on your booking must exactly match your passport.
- Book at least 14 days before your departure to allow for courier delivery.
This rail pass gives you six consecutive days of unlimited travel in ordinary class carriages.
