This ticket covers one entry to Ocean Kingdom on the single date you book, and is sold only to overseas visitors and the mainland relatives and friends travelling with them. After booking you must redeem the ticket code on the official Chimelong reservation platform to generate your entry QR code, which is scanned at the gate. Entry follows the park's operating time slots, and park hours are set on site.

Valid for one entry only, on the visit date you select; there is no timeslot to choose at booking. Sold for Adult, Child and Senior travellers. An advance online reservation on the official Chimelong platform is required before you visit, using the ticket code supplied with your voucher.

You receive a PDF voucher with a ticket code. Complete the reservation on the official Chimelong reservation platform before your visit; the reservation is confirmed once the QR code is generated, and you present that QR code at the entrance on the day.

- Once the QR code has been generated the reservation cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.

It covers general park access only, so add-on programmes such as early entry, guided tours and the whale shark night tour are charged separately on site. This ticket is for full-time undergraduate or associate degree students, including students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and allows one visit to Ocean Kingdom and one visit to Chimelong Spaceship. You reserve each park separately through the season pass reservation portal on the Chimelong online reservation platform, at least two hours before entry, and the two visits can fall on the same day or on different dates. Entry is only permitted on a date you have successfully reserved, and staff check your ID and student ID at the ticket gate.

Valid from the date of successful booking until 30 September 2026. Each of the two parks can be reserved once, with reservations made at least two hours in advance; the reservation calendar shows the current day plus the next 60 days, and daily quotas are limited and first come, first served. If a reservation expires or is cancelled, the entitlement is returned so you can book again. The ticket gate is at No. 1 Changlong Avenue, Huandao Road, Hengqin Town, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai.

重要事項
- Only full-time enrolled undergraduate or associate degree students qualify, including those from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
- Bring your original valid ID and student ID; if your documents do not meet the eligibility requirements you will be refused entry, with no cancellation and no option to upgrade by paying the difference.
- Reservation slots may be reduced or cancelled during special theme activities or when crowd control is in force.

This voucher covers one Junior Zookeeper session for a child aged 5 to 15, run backstage at the Whale Shark Pavilion and lasting 60 minutes. Park admission is not included, so the child needs an Ocean Kingdom ticket and must be accompanied by an adult who also holds one. A maximum of one parent may come along, and parents watch rather than take part in any element of the activity.

Booked for a specific date and timeslot, for participants aged 5–15 only. The activity takes place backstage at the Whale Shark Pavilion; arrive at Ocean Kingdom at least 30 minutes early to exchange the voucher and complete verification, then be at the activity point 10 minutes before your slot. One accompanying parent per child is permitted, and parents do not join the activity.
