Your booking secures a specific time for entry to the Nasrid Palaces, which you must adhere to. You can visit the other areas of the complex, including the Alcazaba, Partal and Generalife, on the same day during opening hours. Please be aware that the walk from the main entrance to the Nasrid Palaces takes 10 to 15 minutes.

The time you select when booking is your specific, unchangeable entry time for the Nasrid Palaces. The rest of the complex can be visited during general opening hours on the same day. Tickets are for adults aged 16+ and children aged 3–11. Tickets for children under 3 are free and can be collected at the monument's ticket offices.

You will receive a PDF voucher. Present this on your mobile device at the Access Pavilion ticket office at the main entrance to the Alhambra.
重要事項
- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- The time slot for the Nasrid Palaces is fixed and cannot be changed.
- Child tickets (ages 3–11) must be booked at the same time as adult tickets.
