This is a single-entry non-peak admission to the SkyPark Observation Deck booked into a set timeslot between 12pm and 1.30pm, so you arrive in the middle of the day rather than choosing freely across opening hours. You reach the deck entrance from the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2 and 3, then show your QR code at the SkyPark entrance. Entry is subject to deck capacity at the time, so a short wait is possible.

Sampan Rides operates daily 11am–9pm with last entry at 8.30pm, at The Shoppes level B2. Digital Light Canvas opens daily 11am–9pm with last entry around 8pm, subject to capacity, and entry times are strictly observed — arrive 15–20 minutes early for ticketing and queueing. Each ticket admits one person, and children under 13 must be accompanied throughout by an adult aged over 18 who also holds a valid ticket. Sunday to Thursday is quieter; Friday evenings and Saturdays are the busiest.
