With this open-dated ticket, you can visit on any day it is valid. Go to the "Sapporo Stella Place" elevator inside Sapporo Station, head to the 6th floor, and exchange your voucher's QR code for a physical entry ticket at the information centre.

This is an open-dated ticket. You can collect your physical ticket from the information centre on the 6th floor of the JR Tower East Wing between 10:00 and 22:00 (last entry at 21:30). This ticket is for adults aged 18 and over.
利用方法
You will receive a PDF voucher with a QR code. At the venue, take the "Sapporo Stella Place" elevator to the 6th floor and present your QR code at the information centre to exchange it for a physical ticket.
重要事項
- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- Ticket is not valid for use on 1 January, 8 March, or 31 December.
- Operating hours may change at short notice; please check the official website before your visit.

After collecting your entry ticket on the 6th floor, you will also receive a voucher for the T'CAFE. Use this to claim your choice of cake, a snack package, and a small soft drink, which you can exchange for a draft beer, glass of wine, or cocktail if you prefer.

This open-dated ticket is for adults aged 19 and over. Collect your tickets and vouchers from 10:00 to 22:00. Note that at the T'CAFE, food service ends at 21:30 and drink service ends at 21:45. Children under 4 enter for free but their food and drinks are not included.
