This is the single-day version of the adult card: you collect a physical Omnia Card in Rome, then use it for skip-the-line entry to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, one catacomb of your choosing, and unlimited hop-on hop-off travel on the Roma Cristiana Open Bus circuit. An audio guide, guidebook and map come with the card, so a compact one-day plan around the Vatican and a couple of bus stops works best. Choose this over the 72-hour card if you have a single full day in the city.

Your ticket arrives in a separate email from the supplier as a smartphone voucher. Take it to one of the three ORP offices during opening hours and swap it for the physical Omnia Card, which you then show at each included site and on the bus.
