[New Year surcharge for Jan 1-3, 2025 must be paid on-site]. The Hankyu Umeda Tourist Center in Osaka is typically crowded from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We recommend avoiding this period. Visitors who can collect their physical tickets before the usage date are advised to visit in the afternoon on the day prior to their scheduled visit.
