<p>Winter Wonderland Pattayaは、Pattaya Beachのすぐ外、ChonburiのNa Jomtienにひっそりと佇む、タイ最大級の屋内氷点下雪アトラクションです。数千平方メートルに及ぶドーム内は常にマイナス10℃に保たれており、南国にいながらにして本格的な冬の逃避行を体験できます。入り口で防寒ジャケットとブーツが提供されるため、人工的な雪ではなく、実際に降り注ぐ本物の雪の中へ直接足を踏み入れることができます。</p><p>このスノーパークの魅力は、一つの屋根の下に詰め込まれた多彩なアクティビティです。巨大な氷のチューブスライダーやスノードリフト・トライク・サーキット、バンパーボールのほか、スキー初心者向けのゲレンデも備えています。氷の彫刻や、衣装レンタルができるヨーロッパや日本をテーマにしたフォトスポットに加え、360度のホログラフィックAurora Borealisのインスタレーションがドーム内を照らし、オーロラの揺らめく映像が幻想的な空間を演出します。</p><p>雪遊びの合間には、暖かいダイニングラウンジで休憩をとることもでき、単なる写真撮影スポットにとどまらない、充実した氷点下のエンターテインメント施設となっています。Pattayaのビーチの暑さとのコントラストは強烈で、プレイゾーンやライトアップ、雪を使ったアクティビティの組み合わせにより、屋内で数時間たっぷりと楽しむことができます。</p>
体験内容
中に入ると、まず防寒ジャケットとブーツを着用し、スノードーム内へと進みます。足を踏み入れた瞬間から冷気が体を包み込み、空間全体に本物の雪が降り注ぐ中、各アクティビティゾーンを巡ります。多くの来場者は、まず巨大な氷の滑り台やスノードリフト・トライクを楽しみ、その後、初心者向けのスキーゲレンデで滑走に挑戦します。
中盤は、フォトスポットやAurora Borealisのインスタレーションを中心に過ごすのが一般的です。ホログラフィックな光の投影が氷の彫刻やテーマ別の背景を彩ります。体験の順番は決まっていないため、滑り台に戻ったり、バンパーボールを試したり、ライトアップされたエリアを自分のペースで散策したりと自由に楽しめます。寒さを感じたらダイニングラウンジで温まり、また遊びに戻ることも可能です。主要な滑り台、スキーゲレンデ、フォトエリアを網羅するフルコースであれば、2時間ほどで快適に楽しむことができます。
注意事項
- Pattayaの南国の暑さに慣れている方は特に、提供される防寒ジャケットの下に重ね着をすることをお勧めします
- 氷点下のエリアではブーツが貸し出されますが、靴下を着用しておくことをお勧めします
- マイナス10℃の場所から外の暑い場所へ急激に移動するため、着替えの衣類を持参してください
- パークの営業時間は毎日9:00 AMから6:00 PMです。Pattayaでの他の予定に合わせて計画を立ててください
- フォトゾーンの衣装には限りがあるため、特定の背景で撮影したい場合は早めに向かってください
- 冷たいドームと暖かいエリアを行き来する際は、結露からスマートフォンやカメラを保護するようにしてください
