This is an open-dated ticket. The park's seasonal opening hours are from 1 December to 14 June (Tuesday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM) and from 15 June to 30 November (Thursday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM). Please check the official schedule before your visit as hours are subject to change.

- This ticket is non-refundable once booked, including in cases of weather-related closures.
- The ticket cannot be combined with other promotions or senior/PWD discounts.
- Ride height and safety restrictions apply; some rides may not be suitable for pregnant women or guests with certain medical conditions.
- Outside food, beverages, and other prohibited items are not permitted inside the park.
