Your booking covers admission to Oxford Castle & Prison on a specific date and time slot, with a live one-hour tour in English. Entry is only permitted with a guide, so you join the group at your slot; once the hour finishes, your guide will tell you which areas remain open for you to walk around on your own, including Castle Mound. Printed translations of the tour are available in French, German, Italian and Spanish if English isn't your first language.

基本情報
The ticket is valid only for the date and time slot you select, and must be booked at least 9 hours ahead. Arrive 10 minutes before your slot; at busy times entry can run late and you may have to wait for the next tour to start. Age bands are Adult 16+, Child 5–15 and Student; infants and children aged 0–4 go free and don't need an online ticket, but you should collect a complimentary admission ticket for them at the venue. The guided portion lasts one hour, with additional free exploration time afterwards.
