The museum is located in the Umeda Sky Building Tower West (27F). It is open 10:00–18:00 (last entry 17:30), with extended hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and before holidays. It is closed on Tuesdays, during year-end/New Year, and for exhibition changes. Admission is free for children aged 12 and under.
