Head to the entrance of the South Terraces of the Duomo for Fast Track ticket holders. Take the elevator and go up. On your visit to the Duomo, you'll have direct access by stairs (not elevator) to the inside of the building. Only in special occasions is this direct access closed.

Go straight to the Duomo entrance and scan your ticket. You can retrieve your audioguide inside the Duomo from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. An ID is required as a deposit. If you enter before 9:30 AM or after 4:30 PM, you can get the audioguide at the group ticket office on the right side of the cathedral. Audioguides must be returned by 5:45 PM at the group ticket office.
