NANTAは、韓国で長く愛されているノンバーバル（非言語）パフォーマンスです。4人のシェフが繰り広げるコミカルな騒動を中心に、キッチンを舞台に物語が展開します。セリフは一切なく、リズム、コメディ、身体パフォーマンスを駆使し、Samulnoriにインスパイアされた打楽器の要素を取り入れて、日常の料理風景を音楽劇へと昇華させています。言葉の壁がないため、どのような言語を話すゲストでも楽しめるのが特徴で、Jejuで最も人気のある夜のエンターテインメントの一つとなっています。
ステージは巨大なキッチンを模しており、鍋、フライパン、グリル、皿、まな板が楽器として使われます。キャストはアクロバットや皿回し、観客との交流を交えながらミュージカルシーンを繰り広げます。伝統的な演劇というよりも、ライブコメディと打楽器演奏が融合したスピーディーで視覚的なエンターテインメントです。

ショーの幕開けは、4人のシェフキャラクターたちがキッチンで準備を始めるところから。すぐに鍋やフライパン、まな板がドラムへと早変わりします。スラップスティック・コメディとリズミカルなシークエンスが交互に繰り出され、キャストが料理の失敗をコミカルな打楽器パフォーマンスへと変えていくうちに、会場のボルテージは最高潮に達します。音楽と音楽の合間には、アクロバットや圧巻の皿回し、そして観客を巻き込んだインタラクティブな演出も盛り込まれています。
テンポの速い展開が続き、コメディ、音楽、身体パフォーマンスのシーンが切り替わりながら進んでいくため、伝統的なストーリー展開とは一味違う魅力があります。4:30 PMから6:00 PMまでの上演時間は、退屈する間もなくハイライトが次々と展開され、最後は迫力満点の打楽器演奏で締めくくられます。

- 座席は到着順ではありませんが、開演前に余裕を持って会場にお越しください
