This ticket covers admission for one person on the date you book, with Adult, Child and Student admission all available. You show the e-ticket at the ticket gate of the Otaru Art Base - Former Mitsui Bank Otaru Branch at 1-3-1 Ironai, Otaru City, where it is checked directly and you walk through. There is no timeslot to choose, so you can arrive at any point during opening hours as long as you are inside before the last-entry cut-off.

The ticket is tied to the specific date you select; there is no timeslot. From May to October the museum runs 09:30-17:00 with entry closing at 16:30; from November to April it runs 10:00-16:00 with entry closing at 15:30. Closures are the fourth Wednesday of each month from May to October and every Wednesday from November to April, postponed to the following day when the Wednesday is a national holiday. Entry point is the ticket gate at the Otaru Art Base - Former Mitsui Bank Otaru Branch, 1-3-1 Ironai, Otaru City.

重要事項
- Non-refundable once booked.
- Valid only on the date booked, and you must be through the gate before the seasonal last-entry time.
- Not valid on the museum's Wednesday closure days (fourth Wednesday monthly from May to October, every Wednesday from November to April).
