One booking covers two adults on the same full-day guided tour, so you don't need to add passengers individually. The tour leaves either from City Botanic Gardens at 7am, returning at 4pm, or from Northshore Harbour from 8am, returning at 5.30pm, with guides running the transport between stops on the island. Both of you get lunch, bottled water and one complimentary beer, cider or soft drink on the way back.
