You will receive a PDF voucher. Present this voucher at the Bordeaux Tourist Office to collect your physical City Pass and guidebook. Do not go directly to any attractions, including the Cité du Vin, to collect the pass.
重要事項
- This ticket cannot be refunded or cancelled once booked.
- Each included attraction may only be visited once.
- Please be aware that museums and public transport in Bordeaux are closed on 1 May.
- Some included visits must be booked in person at the Bordeaux Tourist Office after collecting your pass and are subject to availability.
