Your ticket is for a specific date and time slot. You must go to the Granavisión Welcome Visitor Centre at Paseo de la Sabika 28 to check in. Age categories are: Adult (12+), Child, and Infant.

You will receive a PDF voucher. You must take this voucher to the meeting point at the Granavisión Welcome Visitor Centre to exchange it for your entry ticket. You must present a valid passport or ID card for all visitors.
