If you choose the private room, you must register for a time slot upon your arrival at the venue.

Practical info
This is an open-dated voucher for one person. The outdoor spa is open from 09:00 to 22:00 (last entry 21:00) with no time limit for your visit. The private hot spring rooms are available 24 hours a day for a one-hour session. Children under 109 cm are admitted free of charge; children 110 cm and taller are charged the same as adults.
How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher. To use the outdoor spa, present your voucher upon entry. To use a private hot spring room, you must register for a time slot at the venue on the day of your visit; availability is subject to on-site arrangements.
Important notes
- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- A swimsuit and swimming cap are required for the public outdoor spa.
- An additional fee is charged on-site on special holidays: 31 December, 1 January, and the Lunar New Year period (New Year's Eve to the fourth day of the new year).
- Use of a private hot spring room is subject to on-site availability and registration is required upon arrival.
