Practical info
This ticket is booked for a specific date and 3-hour timeslot. Age bands are: Adult (9–59 years) and Child (18 months–8 years). Children under 18 months enter for free. Every child must be accompanied by an adult, and adults are not admitted without a child.
How to redeem
You will receive a mobile ticket with a QR code. Show this on your device at the admission entrance to enter the venue.
Important notes
- Tickets are non-refundable once booked.
- Socks are required for the Dream Climber, Little Ant Kingdom, and Small World play areas.
- Strollers are not permitted inside; a designated stroller parking area is available.
- Admission may not be available from 8–10 August 2026 due to a special event.
