About this ticket
This ticket covers entry to the Conciergerie on the date you book, along with an interactive Histopad that you collect on site and carry with you through the chambers and cells. There is no fixed entry time, so you can turn up any time during opening hours as long as you allow for the last admission cut-off, and you set your own route and pace once inside. The Histopad is available in several languages, so you can choose yours when it is handed to you.
Practical info
The ticket is valid only for the date you select at booking; there is no timeslot to choose. The monument is at 2 Boulevard du Palais, 75001 Paris, and opening hours are 09:30–17:30, with the last entrance 30 minutes before closing. Plan on a couple of hours to see the site properly.
How to redeem
Your ticket arrives as a PDF voucher. Bring it to the Conciergerie on your booked date and collect your Histopad on arrival before entering the monument.
Important notes
- Histopads are only handed out to visitors until 16:15, so arrive earlier if you want one.
- Non-refundable once booked.
- Last entrance is 30 minutes before closing time.
- The Conciergerie is closed on 1 May and 25 December.
- Visitors under 18, and EU citizens under 26, enter free but must first show photo ID at the ticketing station before going to the monument entrance.
- Entrance is free for everyone on the first Sunday of January, February, March, November and December, and during European Heritage Days (third weekend of September).
