About this ticket
Your pass offers six consecutive days of unlimited travel on JR trains, including Shinkansen, throughout the Tohoku and South Hokkaido regions. You will receive a physical Exchange Order by courier, which you must swap for your actual rail pass at a designated office in Japan upon arrival.

Practical info
The pass is valid for 6 consecutive days from activation. You must swap your Exchange Order for the actual pass in Japan within 90 days of purchase, and then activate the pass within 30 days of the exchange. Paid tickets are for adults (13+) and children (4–12). Infants under 12 months travel free. Up to two children aged 1–5 can also travel free, provided they do not occupy their own seat.
How to redeem
A physical Exchange Order will be sent to your address by courier, which typically takes 3–7 days to arrive. Upon arrival in Japan, present this Exchange Order and your passport at a JR Exchange Office to receive your actual rail pass.

- This pass is only valid for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa.
- The name entered during booking must exactly match what is shown on your passport.
- Please book at least 14 days before your planned departure to Japan to allow for delivery.
