About this ticket
Your pass gives you unlimited travel for five consecutive days on specified JR lines, including the Sanyo Shinkansen between Shin-Yamaguchi and Hakata. You can also ride the JR West Miyajima Ferry to Miyajima Island and use designated West Japan Bus routes. Your journey includes access to the Hello Kitty Shinkansen on the Hakata to Mihara route.

Practical info
This pass is valid for 5 consecutive days from your chosen activation date. The physical pass must be redeemed in Japan within 90 days of the Exchange Order's issue date, and activated within 30 days of redemption. Age categories are: Adult (13+) and Child (4–12).
How to redeem
You will receive a physical Exchange Order by courier to your address; this is not an e-ticket. To redeem your pass, you must present this Exchange Order along with your passport at an official JR exchange office in Japan. The activation date must be selected during redemption.
Important notes
- This product is non-refundable once booked.
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa stamp. To be eligible, you must get this stamp at immigration and not use the automated gates.
- The name and country of residence entered during booking must exactly match your passport.
- You must book this pass before travelling to Japan. Booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended.
