Our second home, we started Hueplay Studio as a cosy space for folks to escape the hustle & bustle of daily life - a space dedicated to artistic escapes, sharing memories, and good times.
We've got art jamming, punch needle workshops and friendly folks; so come unwind, enjoy, and spend the day making art with us!

<div>Keen on making and customising your own rugs by using the technique that has gone viral worldwide involving using a specialised heavy-duty gun?</div><div><span style="background-color: transparent;">If you do not know, soft and fluffy rugs are often made by tufting. In Rugs N Tuft workshop, you will be using a specialised gun that shoots a needle up to 45 times a second into the fabric, which allows you to make various designs & patterns all just by pulling a trigger.</span><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent;">In this workshop, you can choose more than 50 different colours of yarns, a frame of your choice with monk cloth and last but not least the Tufting Gun for you to conjure up your MASTERPIECE.</span><br></div>

Ich habe zum ersten Mal Tufting ausprobiert und war extrem enttäuscht. Obwohl Valentinstag war und es sehr voll war, war nur ein Mitarbeiter (ein Mann mit Brille) für alles zuständig. Er war offensichtlich zu beschäftigt, um uns richtig anzuleiten oder zu beaufsichtigen. Es gab keinerlei Sicherheitshinweise, was beim Umgang mit einer gefährlichen Maschine völlig inakzeptabel ist. Aufgrund dieser mangelnden Anleitung geriet meine Hand in die Maschine und ich verletzte mich. Trotzdem zeigte der Mitarbeiter keinerlei Mitgefühl. Er erkundigte sich nicht nach meinem Zustand, entschuldigte sich nicht und leistete nicht einmal Erste Hilfe. Die fehlende Verantwortung und Sorgfalt war schockierend. Ich habe per SMS nachgefragt, wann wir unser fertiges Produkt erhalten würden, aber meine Nachricht wurde komplett ignoriert. Für einen kostenpflichtigen Workshop ist dieses Maß an Unprofessionalität, Fahrlässigkeit und schlechter Kundenbetreuung inakzeptabel. Teilnahme auf eigene Gefahr.

Es ist eine interessante Erfahrung. Die Verkäuferin ist sehr hilfsbereit, da wir damit noch keine Erfahrung haben. Man muss den Umgang mit der Tuftingpistole erst etwas üben. Bei Interesse empfiehlt es sich, vorher eine Nachricht zu schreiben und ein Bild auszuwählen, damit alles vorbereitet werden kann. Viel Spaß!

Die Inhaber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich habe versehentlich meinen ersten Teppich kaputt gemacht, und sie haben ihn mir kostenlos ersetzt. Sabrina hat mir auch bei den kniffligen Details geholfen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! 🙂

Was für ein tolles Erlebnis wir im Hueplay Studio hatten! Wir haben am Tufting-Workshop teilgenommen und hatten viel Spaß. Sabrina hat uns die Technik und viele Tipps und Tricks zum Tufting super erklärt. Insgesamt hat uns der Workshop sehr gut gefallen und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und bringe dann noch Freunde mit. 😊
