An einem ruhigen Sonntagabend sind wir zufällig hineingestolpert und haben, nachdem wir einen Blick in die große Destillerie im Erdgeschoss geworfen hatten, den ersten Stock besucht. Zu unserer Überraschung wurden wir herzlich von Eileen, der Serviceleiterin, empfangen. Sie ließ uns den preisgekrönten Gin probieren und gab uns eine kurze Einführung in die Gin-Herstellung. Wir erfuhren, dass dies die einzige Gin-Destillerie in Südostasien ist! Der Gin, den wir probiert haben, wurde im November 2025 bei einem internationalen Wettbewerb als bester Gin ausgezeichnet! Es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Unbedingt den Pearl Jasmine Gin probieren, mein absoluter Favorit! ❤️

Ein großartiger Ort! Wir haben an der geführten Gin-Verkostung teilgenommen und wirklich jede Flasche war fantastisch. Der Jasmin-Gin und der Schmetterlingserbsen-Gin waren himmlisch. Unser Guide war sehr kompetent und wir haben tolle Tipps für die Zubereitung eigener Drinks zu Hause gelernt. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen und die Gin-Schulung zu besuchen!

Wir haben sieben verschiedene Gins und einen hauseigenen Cocktail probiert. Wir konnten die Gins vergleichen, inklusive detaillierter Erklärungen und Erläuterungen zu ihren Veränderungen beim Verdünnen. Außerdem wurden uns passende Mixgetränke empfohlen, die perfekt zu den jeweiligen Eigenschaften der Gins passten. Sie stellen auch Whisky her, aber der war leider ausverkauft. Ich würde gerne beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.
