Your ticket provides one round-trip journey between Taoyuan Airport and Taipei Main Station. Once you exchange your voucher, your ticket to the city must be used on the same day, while the return ticket is valid for six months. You also get a free one-way shuttle transfer from Taipei Main Station to the Ximending area.

This is an open-dated ticket for one adult. The ticket for your journey into Taipei must be used on the day you exchange your voucher; the return journey ticket is valid for 6 months. Seats are first-come, first-served. Each passenger may bring two pieces of luggage. Children under 2 travel free; tickets for children aged 3–11 can be bought on-site.
如何兌換
You will receive a PDF voucher with a QR code. Present this QR code at a Kuo Kuang service desk at Taoyuan Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or Taipei Main Station to exchange it for two paper tickets. To use the included Ximending shuttle, show your ticket stub at the shuttle stop at the East 3 Exit of Taipei Main Station.

- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- The journey from the airport to Taipei must be taken on the day you exchange your voucher for paper tickets.
- Service at Terminal 2 operates from 07:30 to 22:00. Service at Terminal 1 and Taipei Station is 24 hours.
