You book one set flight time — 4.30pm, 6.30pm or 7.30pm, daily and on public holidays — and check in at the VIP Lounge on Level 1 half an hour beforehand. Priority boarding takes you past the queue for one 30-minute rotation in a shared capsule, with a glass of Singapore Sling and a chocolate by award-winning pastry chef Janice Wong; guests under 18 are served a mocktail instead. Admission to the Time Capsule is included and used after your flight rather than before it.

All guests must arrive at the VIP Lounge on Level 1 thirty minutes before the flight time. Adult rates cover ages 13 and above and child rates ages 3 to 12. Book at least 24 hours ahead. By public transport, take the MRT Circle Line to Promenade Station (CC4, Exit A) and walk towards the Singapore Flyer; the Singapore Flyer car park is also open.

Entry starts on Level 1 of the retail terminal building, where you walk the Time Capsule pre-flight galleries: Dawn of Singapura, Maritime Silk Road, People of the Sea, Badang the Magnificent, Island Tales, The Singapore River and Under One Sky on Level 1, then Peranakan Walk, Red Dot and Garden City Playground on Level 2. You then take one 30-minute rotation in a shared capsule, with no fixed flight time attached to the ticket. Download the FLYER360 app via HiFlyer when you arrive to use its augmented-reality landmark spotting, photo features and rewards from inside the capsule.
