This SIM card cannot be collected at Changi Airport; pick-up is from designated Singtel Shops in the city. The person registering the SIM must be at least 15 years old. Passport-based registration is valid for 30 days; for longer use, re-registration with a valid Singapore-issued ID or pass is required.
