You take an earlier table than the Indian buffet, choosing 6pm–7pm or 7pm–8pm at The Courtyard, Mandai Wildlife East (#B1-01, 80 Mandai Lake Road), served daily. The spread covers chicken satay with peanut sauce, assorted Japanese sushi rolls and maki, spring mixed green salad, seafood miso soup, boneless roasted chicken leg with cream forestier sauce and linguine, then black glutinous rice with coconut cream and a fruit platter, with freshly brewed coffee and tea. Night Safari admission is not included, so buy your park ticket separately.
