This ticket admits you to the Football Fǽntasium experience centre on the date you book, with no fixed entry time, so you arrive when it suits you within opening hours. Use of all the facilities takes about an hour and a half on average, and personal photography is allowed as you go. At busy periods you may be asked to wait before entering, as numbers inside are managed on the day.

Valid for the specific date you book; there is no timeslot, so you may enter at any point during opening hours (10:00–18:00, Tuesday to Sunday). Allow roughly an hour and a half to work through all the facilities. Admission is sold as a single band from age 3 upwards.

Your PDF voucher is issued after booking — show it at the Football Fǽntasium entrance on your booked date. Depending on how busy the centre is, you may need to wait a short while before you are let in.

- Non-refundable once booked, and tied to the date you select.
- Closed every Monday.
- No foreign language services are provided on site.
- Outside food is not allowed inside.
- Photography is permitted but not with lighting rigs or tripods, and commercial photography is prohibited.
- Management may clear the area in the event of disruptive behaviour; accidents caused by a visitor's own negligence are that visitor's responsibility.
