Your ticket provides timed entry to the Colosseum, with access to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill valid for 24 hours from your Colosseum entry time. You will get a downloadable audioguide app, available in six languages, to narrate your visit. You must check in with the supplier's team at the meeting point 30 minutes before your start time.

Your ticket is for a specific timed entry slot at the Colosseum. Your entry to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is valid for 24 hours from your Colosseum entry time. The suggested visit duration is 1.5 to 2 hours. You must check in at the meeting point at Via della Polveriera, 13, 00184 Roma, at least 30 minutes before your allocated time.

You will receive a PDF voucher. At the venue, go to the meeting point at Via della Polveriera, 13, and show your voucher to the staff. To find the office, go to the terrace above the Colosseo Metro Station, cross the footbridge, and walk up the road on your left to number 13. Staff will be wearing purple shirts near purple flags.

- Full names and dates of birth as they appear on your ID are required for all participants at the time of booking. Entry will be denied if this information is not provided or is incorrect.
- A valid photo ID is required for entry.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your timeslot; late arrivals may not be granted entry.
- Allow for security checks which can take 30 minutes or more.
- The audioguide requires a charged smartphone and your own headphones.
- This ticket is fully refundable if cancelled at least 3 hours before your scheduled visit time.
