Your ticket provides a 4-hour shared tour of Georgetown with an English-speaking guide. You will be collected from your hotel to visit sites including Khoo Kongsi and the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, with admission fees for these two locations covered. After the tour, you will be returned to your hotel.

This 4-hour shared tour departs at 9:00 or 14:00 and requires booking at least 24 hours in advance. It includes hotel pick-up and drop-off for guests staying within Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi. Age categories are: Adult (13–99) and Child (3–12). The operator will email your exact pick-up time and driver details before 20:00 on the day before your tour.

You will receive a voucher with a QR code which should be presented to your driver. This voucher is for the tour, not for direct entry to attractions; your driver will arrange your admission tickets on the day. After booking, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to reconfirm your pick-up details with the tour operator.
