Your ticket provides admission to the aquarium for your selected day. You can arrive at any point during opening hours and are even permitted to re-enter on the same day, except during school holidays and in Zone C.

This ticket is booked for a specific date but is valid for entry at any time during opening hours. Last admission is one hour before closing time. Children aged 3–11 require a ticket; children under 3 enter for free. All visitors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- Same-day re-entry is not permitted during school holidays and in Zone C.
